February felt like a quiet reset for me, and this month’s Touch Grass Mail Club is my very first month!!! I have been wanting to make a mail club for a while and since I am in the era of doing instead of wishing I started in February. Even though this is my first time I am a very determined person and will figure it out no matter how many times it take. My goal is to make everything included to feel slow, calm, and connected to nature in a way that encourages you to pause and breathe.
Lately I have been leaning more into grounding practices, stepping outside, journaling, and allowing creativity to feel gentle instead of rushed. This mail club is my way of sharing that softer rhythm with you.
February's mail club is based around a photo I took back in 2020 in Oakville, Texas on my dad's land. I love capturing moments that make me stop and look closer at the world around me, and this month’s postcard was meant to feel like a window into that quiet space.
If you receive February’s Touch Grass Mail Club, I hope it will give you a moment to breathe, step outside, and simply exist without expectations. Nature, creativity, and finding calm in the middle of everyday life.
Touch grass and hug a tree,
Ashley
