All orders are thoughtfully packed with care from my small creative studio.

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 3 to 7 business days. Processing times may vary during new releases, restocks, or busy shop periods. Handmade items may require additional preparation time.

Touch Grass Mail Club

Mail Club orders follow a different packaging schedule. Subscriptions close on the 20th of each month, and packing begins shortly after. Orders are typically prepared and shipped within several business days after the 20th. Because each monthly mail club is carefully curated, shipping timelines may vary slightly depending on preparation and volume.

Shipping Methods

Orders are shipped through trusted carriers such as USPS or other available shipping providers at checkout. Tracking information will be provided once your order has shipped.

International Shipping

International mail club orders are available worldwide and ship for a flat $5 untracked letter rate. Delivery time vary by location and may take approximately 2 to 6 weeks depending on your country's postal system. Please note that buyers are responsible for any custom fees or import taxes that may apply.

Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times depend on the carrier and destination. Once an order has been handed to the shipping carrier, delivery timelines are outside of our control.

Shipping Address

Please make sure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Amber's Curio is not responsible for packages sent to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package appears lost or delayed, please contact us and we will do our best to assist. However, we cannot guarantee delivery dates once a package is in transit with the carrier.
