Each month is thoughtfully curated and created by me, inspired by my love of nature and the quiet grounding it brings. Touch grass and hug a tree.


This month’s theme: Resilience 🐸🌿 
Meet Jumper, a tiny coqui who is a tree frog native to Puerto Rico. This month is about how we can come back even stronger after we go through the hardest periods in our life.
